For workshop and class withdrawals:
Students must submit refund requests ten days or more before the start date of a class or workshop to be issued a 100% refund, minus a $20 processing fee. Students who submit refund requests less than ten days before the start date of a class or workshop will receive a 50% refund, minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the start date of a class or workshop.

For workshop and class transfers: Students must submit transfer requests ten days prior to the first workshop or class in which they were previously registered. Transfers can only be made pending workshop or class availability.

Please make all withdrawal and transfer requests as soon as possible so your space can be offered to the next interested student.

Workshops and classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Every effort will be made by AAC to notify students regarding cancellation seven days before the workshop or class start date. If AAC cancels a workshop or class before the class start date, a 100% refund will be issued. For workshops and classes cancelled after the first meeting, a prorated refund will be issued.
